If you have birthed with a collaborating midwife, please use the contact form below to request your 1 week follow up appointment. I will now be personally scheduling all visits as my availability is reduced. Please ask your midwife to reach out to me directly if there is an urgent need to be seen asap. I will do my best to respond to requests within 24 hours.
